- A Creative Soul: An artistic background or experience in music, art, or therapeutic recreation is highly valued.
- Energy & Leadership: A proven ability to lead groups with enthusiasm and work effectively both independently and as a team.
- Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.
- Compassionate Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a heart for the elderly.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to maintain a high-energy pace and lift up to 50 lbs to assist with event setups.
