Precision Mechanical Assembler — Manchester, NHA day in the roleYou start your shift reviewing build instructions and blueprints, laying out components, tools, and gauges. As you progress through each step, you carefully fit, fasten, and verify parts to create reliable subassemblies and finished products. Along the way, you record checks, keep your bench orderly, and sync with teammates to keep production on track. If a defect appears, you flag it immediately and work with your supervisor to resolve it. You’ll also play a part in welcoming new hires—demonstrating safe, consistent assembly practices.What you’ll doBuild components and assemblies from specifications, drawings, and work instructions.Perform in-process and final inspections to uphold strict quality standards.Maintain a tidy, safe workstation to drive efficiency and safety.Coordinate with the team to hit production targets and deadlines.Escalate issues or nonconformances promptly to the supervisor.Support training of new team members on assembly steps and safety procedures.What you bringHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework is a plus.Prior assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.Comfort working independently and collaboratively.Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.Basic math proficiency and skill with measuring tools.Core strengthsTroubleshooting SkillsMechanical Assembly SkillsJoin a dynamic team in Manchester, NH and help us build products that meet the highest standards of quality.
