Most work is completed in a cleanroom environment so must be able to adhere to cleanroom standards.How you will make an impact as a Manufacturing Assembly Technician:Communicate effectively with a team of 3-4 techniciansAssembly of medical device disposables using screw drivers, torque wrenches, tube cutters, tube stretchersHeat sealingPrinting labelsLabeling, packaging, and boxingGluing and curing with UV wandsFlow testingLaser welding with fixturesLeak testing disposable components and subassemblies with fixturesTracking and recording serial numbers in a databaseMaintain a clean an organized workspaceSkills you need to be successful:Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environmentAbility to assemble components into finished productsLaser welding experience a plusCapable of working in a clean room, prior experience in a clean room a plusRespect for strict quality standardsWillingness to learn and develop new skills, self-starter mentality with a passion for a job well doneEfficient written and verbal communication skills in English, basic documentation skills and ability to follow written operating proceduresStrong attention to detailID:qnkTyx
