Location: Manchester, NH1st shift (9/80 schedule - every other Friday off)6am - 3:30pmPOSITION OVERVIEW:****The position involves the precision machining of complex prototype and production machined parts and tooling, achieved through the adept programming, setup, and operation of computer numerical control (CNC), vertical mill, lathe, and conventional metal working machines.The ability to translate technical information from verbal requests, rough sketches, or part drawings is paramount in executing projects of high complexity, ensuring the delivery of exceptional and precise hardware.RESPONSIBILITIES:·Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC milling machine and CNC Lathe based on drawings, 3D models, and oral instructions. Machine custom tooling, prototype components, and execute production part modifications.·Set up and operate surface grinder, bandsaws, and various hand tools with precision. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing manual machining equipment for diverse applications.· Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs on machine equipment to ensure continuous functionality.
