Description:
We're hiring multiple Production Assemblers to support a busy manufacturing operation. Whether you have experience with small-part assembly, electromechanical assembly, coil winding, or hand soldering, we'd love to hear from you.
These are full-time, first-shift opportunities offering long-term potential for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
Depending on the department, responsibilities may include:
- Assemble small mechanical and electromechanical components
- Perform hand soldering of electrical components and wiring
- Operate light manufacturing equipment, including coil winding machines
- Read and follow work instructions, fabrication procedures, and simple wiring diagrams
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic testing and rework when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently while meeting production goals
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly work throughout the shift
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule
Preferred:
- Previous hand soldering experience
- Experience assembling small components
- Experience working with electromechanical products
- Experience operating light production equipment or coil winding machines
Applicants with soldering experience may be asked to complete a practical soldering assessment during the interview process.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a workbench for extended periods
- Perform repetitive hand assembly and soldering tasks
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Frequent visual inspection of small components
- Some areas of the facility are not climate controlled
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC permitted per company policy)
- Must be able to work the scheduled first-shift hours
