Position Overview
We're seeking detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble precision medical devices in a clean, quality-focused production environment while following detailed work instructions and strict quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices and components according to written work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform manual assembly using small hand tools, fixtures, microscopes, and precision equipment as required.
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Complete required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company quality procedures.
- Identify and report quality issues or production concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or medical device experience preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking.
