Mechanical Assembly Technician

Position Overview

We're seeking detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble precision medical devices in a clean, quality-focused production environment while following detailed work instructions and strict quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, or medical device experience who enjoy working with small components and take pride in producing high-quality products that improve lives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and components according to written work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform manual assembly using small hand tools, fixtures, microscopes, and precision equipment as required.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company quality procedures.
• Identify and report quality issues or production concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or medical device experience preferred.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking.
