Position Overview
Seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Technician to support automated circuit board production within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment used in the production of electronic components and assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate automated production equipment used in electronic assembly processes
- Load and replenish component materials during production runs
- Monitor equipment operation and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
- Assist with manual placement of electronic components when required
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Communicate production issues and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Experience in electronics assembly or automated production environments is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
