Manufacturing Staff Accountant

What You'll Do
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities.
- Maintain general ledger and fixed asset records.
- Analyze financial results and investigate account variances.
- Support inventory and manufacturing accounting processes.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
- Prepare financial schedules and treasury reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and internal controls.
- Participate in ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional accounting and financial analysis as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Manufacturing accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
