About the Role
We are looking to add a Process Technician – Injection Molding to our plastics molding team in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming, inspecting, and organizing molded plastic components to ensure quality standards are met and production runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for candidates with general manufacturing or material handling experience to grow in a stable, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Trim excess plastic (flash, sprues, runners) from molded parts.
Inspect parts for quality and remove defective pieces.
Sort, count, and organize finished parts for assembly, packaging, or storage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow safety procedures and report concerns when observed.
Take direction from supervisors and provide feedback for process improvement.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of manufacturing experience (assembly, machine operation, or material handling).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks.
Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious.
What We Offer
$20/hr pay rate.
4-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm.
