Enrollment Contact Representative (Hybrid – Training Onsite, Then Remote)
Pay: $17.86–$21.43 per hour
Location: Dedham, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (through October 30, 2026)
Potential for Extension: Yes, based on business needs
About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-known higher education organization, is seeking an Enrollment Contact Representative to join their Enrollment Contact Center team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, call center, or higher education experience who enjoy helping others and providing outstanding phone support.
Training will take place onsite in Dedham, MA for approximately 1–2 days to establish system access and complete onboarding. After training, the position will transition to a primarily remote schedule.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls from students, parents, and other community members.
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting with questions related to admissions, financial services, student support, and other university departments.
- Direct callers to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor on every call.
- Navigate multiple systems and databases while documenting interactions.
- Meet quality and productivity expectations in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to learn multiple systems and work independently.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a call center, higher education, or supporting students is a plus.
- Experience working with diverse populations is highly valued.

- Initial onsite training in Dedham, MA is required before transitioning to remote work.
