About the Opportunity
A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Durability Test Technicians to join its production and testing team. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience who enjoy hands-on work and following established procedures.
No advanced testing experience is required. This position focuses on performing repetitive durability and cleaning tests, documenting results, and identifying any unexpected product issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive cleaning and durability testing following detailed work instructions and user manuals
- Complete testing cycles accurately and consistently
- Document test progress and results in electronic records and reports
- Track and record observations throughout the testing process
- Report any unusual product behavior or unexpected events
- Follow quality, safety, and documentation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, machine operation, or testing environments preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
