Customer Service Administrator
Pay: $24–$25 per hour

Job Description
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to support a busy customer service team. This role involves processing customer quotes and orders, responding to emails, tracking order changes, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, managing a high volume of emails, and balancing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and enter customer quotes and orders accurately and on time.
- Review orders for accuracy and process order changes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage a high volume of emails and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Track order schedules and coordinate expedited requests with the planning team.
- Communicate customer issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the customer service department.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with a team.
Additional Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and ITAR compliant.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
Please note: This position requires a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Two opportunities are available: one temporary position covering a leave of absence and one temp-to-perm opportunity.
