Job Title- Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include entering all orders, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Remote after training on Tuesdays and Fridays.
$22.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional
manner in either English or Spanish.
Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with customers and provide accurate
information.
Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and
troubleshooting issues.
Enter orders and track them through the entire order process.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as
necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using computerized systems.
Process sales transactions and expedite orders, as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
Excellent typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
A proactive attitude towards learning new processes and adapting to changes in a dynamic work environment is essential.
Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
