Job Title: Electrical Assembler II
Location: Dracut, MA
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler II to join a growing manufacturing team in Dracut, MA. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering steady hours and the chance to grow with a stable company.
This role is ideal for someone with cable harness assembly experience who is comfortable working with schematics, wiring, and hand tools in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic and electromechanical components including cable harnesses, modules, and chassis
- Build cable assemblies (cutting, stripping, crimping, marking, and cleaning wires)
- Read and follow schematics, diagrams, wire lists, and assembly instructions
- Perform hand soldering and de-soldering (through-hole and SMT components)
- Use hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
- Operate semi-automatic assembly and basic test equipment as needed
- Follow ESD handling procedures for electronic components
- Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of electrical assembly experience
- 2–3 years of cable harness assembly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical instructions
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Exposure to equipment, compressed gases, and common cleaning agents (Acetone, IPA)
