In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our event planning processes and sales initiatives, ensuring that every event we organize runs smoothly and meets our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure all event requirements are fulfilled.
- Help with marketing initiatives to promote events and drive ticket sales.
Qualifications:
