We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our front desk operations run smoothly. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, from greeting guests and handling inquiries to managing phone calls and maintaining the overall appearance of the front office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Provide information about our services to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Qualifications:
