Connell Equipment Leasing Company (CELCO) is seeking a relationship-focused Sales Account Executive to support the continued growth of our material handling equipment remarketing business. This role serves as a trusted advisor to an established portfolio of customers while also developing new business relationships with organizations seeking quality off-lease material handling equipment solutions. What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain a large portfolio of strategic customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer operations and equipment needs, to provide effective solutions and support.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand our existing customer base through new relationships across the United States. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, and administration to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate equipment solutions, customer requests, documentation, and account activity throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate account records, customer communications, and activity tracking within company systems.
  • Represent CELCO with professionalism and integrity while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and business partners.


What We're Looking For

  • Three to five or more years of foundational and adaptable experience in client account management, customer relationship management, business development, equipment sales, upscale service environments, or related client-facing roles preferred.
  • Some demonstrated experience managing customer relationships within the heavy equipment, construction, transportation, industrial equipment rental, or related industries is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts while delivering exceptional service, responsiveness, and long-term relationship management.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, are required, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility through consistent follow-through, sound judgment, professionalism, and industry expertise.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships, opportunities, and competing priorities simultaneously.


Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000–$85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other business considerations.
