A Day In The Life
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Following all company safety guidelines and protocols.
- Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Transporting materials to storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Preparing and staging materials for production according to work orders.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks and preparing outbound shipments.
- Reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
- Keeping work areas clean and organized to support a safe environment.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Working up to 10 hours per day and weekends as needed.
- Holding a valid driver’s license.
- Passing a background check and drug screening.
- 1–3 years of material handling or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for handling hazardous materials.
