Who We Are
Connective Wellness is a holistic healing center and medical practice specializing in integrative, whole-person care for individuals living with complex chronic conditions—particularly Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), and related challenges. We blend functional medicine, evidence-informed diagnostics, movement therapy, lifestyle support, and restorative services to help patients feel better, move better, and reconnect with their lives and bodies.
Our culture is grounded in authenticity, kindness, curiosity, joy, and continuous growth. We believe the energy you bring matters as much as the work you do—so we hire for heart, integrity, empathy, and alignment with our mission. Our team is the kind of group you’d genuinely enjoy spending time with outside of work—while still being impeccably professional, supportive, and mission-driven.
About the Role
At Connective Wellness, our Front Desk Patient Experience Specialist is so much more than a receptionist—they're the heart of our practice and one of the most important parts of a patient's healing journey.
For many of our patients, walking through our doors isn't just another medical appointment. Many have spent years feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or unheard within the healthcare system. Your role is to help rewrite that experience from the very first interaction. Every smile, every conversation, every remembered detail, and every thoughtful recommendation contributes to rebuilding trust in healthcare.
Once a patient completes their first appointment, they become yours. You'll own the day-to-day experience for our current patients—every phone call, every check-in, every follow-up, every recommendation, and every farewell. You'll work closely with another Front Desk Patient Experience Specialist, rotating between hands-on front desk coverage and dedicated administrative time so both our patients and our operations receive the attention they deserve.
We're looking for someone who lights up when meeting new people, remembers names and stories, anticipates needs before they're spoken, and genuinely enjoys making others feel welcome. You'll create an environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
This role also plays an important part in helping patients continue their wellness journey. You'll confidently educate patients about our services—including sauna, red light therapy, IV therapy, memberships, and packages—and help them schedule future appointments that support consistent, long-term care. This isn't about selling; it's about understanding each patient's goals and connecting them with the services that best support their treatment plan.
Because we're a growing startup practice, no two days look exactly the same. Connective Wellness is only two years old, and we're continually improving how we care for patients and how we work together as a team. If you enjoy building systems, adapting to change, sharing ideas, and helping shape the future of a rapidly growing organization, you'll thrive here.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not just find another job. We invest heavily in our team because we believe the people who care for our patients deserve to be cared for, challenged, and given opportunities to grow alongside our practice.
