Connections NW is seeking a Contracts Specialist to perform various administrative tasks to support our team. Contracts Specialist responsibilities include contract entry, data entry, invoice processing, and other duties to assist the administrative team. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing reliable and consistent contract support.
Job Type
This is a part-time, temporary position, with a schedule of 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in-office.
Daily Responsibilities Can Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Contract entry and ongoing management
- Data entry
- Following up with case managers regarding expiring contracts
- Monthly invoicing
- Providing support for billing activities
- Generating weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Proficient email and phone communication skills
- Offering office support as required
- Formatting information for internal and external communication (e.g., memos, emails, presentations, reports)
- Recording minutes during meetings
- Screening and directing phone calls, as well as distributing correspondence
Education And Experience Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in billing, contracts, or data entry role
- Must possess the ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e-calendars, copy machines)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Two (2) years experience in scheduling, office administration, or a similar role
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Google Docs and Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
