Discovering Independence and Integration for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities We are looking for a Referral Specialist to perform tasks and support our company’s customers' referral process. The referral specialist's responsibilities include managing incoming referrals, entering paperwork, and timely and professional communication. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Conduct customer intake calls and reports Respond to referral inquiries within one business day Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Responsible for the tracking, coordination, and communication of customer referrals Ensures complete and accurate documentation is received Handles internal and external referrals Maintain customer database by creating profiles, assembling information, and uploading files promptly Review contracts in our Electronic Health Records system Request documentation from external companies Maintain a directory of active caseworkers and supervisors to ensure proper communication Enter daily support notes Create a positive and long-lasting impression as a representative of the company EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e-calendar, copy machine) Must possess the ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively resolve conflicts Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent written and verbal communication Exceptional organizational and time management abilities High school diploma or equivalent education required Two (2) years experience in scheduling, office administration or a similar role

The office is located in Newberg OR.
