Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Shoreline/Bothell/Kirkland area. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for students, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and provide training and consultation to teachers, support staff, and caregivers. Additional responsibilities include supervising and mentoring behavior technicians and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of students in school and other settings.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and relevant state licensure
- Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and progress reporting to guide treatment decisions
- Ability to train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or other team members
- Knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices, and familiarity with school-based services is a plus
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
