Connecticut Firearms Auction is a brick-and-mortar auction house located in Plantsville Connecticut. We are a fun place to work and there is never a dull day in this building. This position starts as part time and can expand to full time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities and tasks:
· Reconcile and pay consignors
· Invoice Management
· Manage & order supplies
· Filing
· Light website and data duties
· Coordinate special events
· Book travel arrangements
· Order and maintain promotional materials
· Auction Clerking
· Light Firearms and Alcohol Compliance
Skills and technology:
· Microsoft 365 (Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
· VOIP Phone Systems
· Shared calendar and scheduling
· Customer service
· Quickbooks
· Wordpress
Firearm credentials are not required but helpful. A background check is required, and we cannot hire candidates with any criminal history. This is an in-person position.
Salary : $18 - $25
