Your Mission
You'll oversee the sales process from the first customer interaction to final delivery while helping maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
This position combines both Sales Management and Finance Leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to have a major impact on dealership performance.
What You'll LeadSales Operations
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Desk deals quickly and confidently
- Improve closing ratios and gross profit
- Monitor CRM activity and follow-up accountability
- Drive appointment, showroom, and delivery performance
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Partner with Fixed Operations to increase customer retention
Finance Operations
- Structure profitable deals while protecting the customer experience
- Build strong lender relationships
- Present protection products with integrity
- Ensure complete compliance and accurate paperwork
- Oversee funding timelines and CIT
- Improve product penetration and overall PVR

Preferred Experience
- 3 years in Automotive Sales Management, F&I, GSM, or a similar leadership role
- Strong desking and deal-structuring experience
- CRM and DMS proficiency
- Proven success improving sales performance and CSI
- Bilingual is a plus
