Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Greensbore NC Onsite Hybrid
Duration: Long Term W2 Contract
Highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and project teams. This role focuses on understanding business needs, documenting requirements, analyzing data, and driving strategic initiatives without requiring hands-on technical development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, business process documents, and user stories.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and gap analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 7 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and business process assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
