We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for technicians and management
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including invoices, contracts, and customer files
- Assist with data entry, billing support, and basic administrative tasks
- Prepare and organize documents, proposals, and reports
- Track job progress and follow up with customers regarding scheduling and payments
- Order and manage office supplies and administrative inventory
- Communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and customers
- Provide general administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks, & spreadsheets preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, document management)
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
