Business Admin/Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Office Manager/Business Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn. Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Willing to discuss full-time or part-time options.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet patients/clients warmly and professionally in person and by phone
· Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
· Schedule appointments and assist with front office operations
· Maintain organized records and handle administrative and clerical tasks
· Support daily office operations and assist management as needed
· Use computer systems for scheduling, communication, and documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
· Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
· Strong communication skills; clear and confident communicator
· Team player with the ability to work well with others
· Demonstrates leadership qualities and takes initiative
· Fast learner with a self-motivated work ethic
· Professional phone etiquette is required
· Proficient with computers and basic office software including Canva, photoshop, etc.
· Experience with health insurance and billing preferred, but not required
· Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
