Connected Marketing Partners collaborates closely with businesses and agency partners to ideate and implement full-funnel marketing strategies, from branding to conversion. We oversee and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve measurable results. Our services include media consultation and strategy, OTT/CTV/FEP campaign management, programmatic display, geoframe retargeting, PPC/SEM/paid search, targeted social media advertising, targeted email, and traditional broadcast media placement. We ensure all client marketing efforts align and work together to achieve specific business goals.
Role Description
- This is a full-time, remote role for Connected Marketing Partners based in Charlotte, NC. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for reporting, tracking, and optimizing digital and social campaigns. You’ll make sure campaigns run smoothly, performance data tells the right story, and results are delivered clearly to clients and internal teams. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, media specialists, vendors, and leadership to:
- Visualize and report campaign performance data (Google Ads, social, display, video, etc.).
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that highlight results and insights.
- Traffic creative assets, review specs, and support campaign launches.
- Monitor pacing, targeting, and performance; flag opportunities for optimization.
- Assist with audience refinements, creative testing, and platform updates.
- Draft agendas, recaps, and follow-up items while organizing documentation and reporting templates.
- Salary range: $55-$60K annual salary.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in paid digital ad platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic/DSPs, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience with web analytics, including GA4.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus; ability to travel if needed.
