The Role
This is a full-desk Account Manager role, meaning you will be responsible for business development, account management, and recruitment. You’ll source and manage educational clients (i.e., school districts, charter networks, private schools, and other institutions), while also recruiting, screening, and placing qualified candidates.
Anticipate a dynamic, fulfilling role where you’ll build and grow client relationships, connect skilled professionals with schools, and manage placements end-to-end. Your efforts will directly support improved student outcomes and help shape the future of education staffing.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new educational clients, including school districts, charter networks, and private schools.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and place qualified educators and support staff into roles that meet client needs.
- Ensure compliance with educational staffing regulations and district/state requirements while fostering long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients while overseeing the successful onboarding of educators.
- Collaborate with internal team members to align staffing solutions with both program needs and educator capabilities.

Qualifications
Staffing is a sales-driven, people-centered industry, so our most successful team members are personable, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative We’re especially looking for candidates who bring one or more of the following:
- Educational Services Staffing Experience – Prior experience working for a staffing or recruiting firm that partners with school districts, charter networks, or other educational institutions is strongly preferred.
- Client-Facing Relationship Skills – Comfortable managing school district or institutional accounts, handling objections, and negotiating agreements.
- Recruiting/Placement Knowledge – Familiar with the cycle of recruiting, screening, and placing educators, support staff, or related professionals.
- Mission-Driven Professionals – Passionate about improving educational outcomes through staffing solutions that put the right people in the right schools.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
