About the Position

Connect Therapy Staffing is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a part-time, school-based position in Hailey, Idaho for the 2026–2027 school year.

This position offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to work directly with students while collaborating with a supportive school team.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction based on student IEPs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Manage an assigned special education caseload
• Complete progress monitoring and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Provide appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Maintain compliance with IDEA and Idaho special education requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or related field
• Current or eligible Idaho teaching certification with an appropriate Special Education endorsement
• Knowledge of IEP development and special education procedures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred

Compensation

$45.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
