MINIMUM 12 MONTHS OF RECENT STAND-UP REACH FORKLIFT EXPERIENCEConnect Staffing is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to fill an opening at a temperature-controlled warehouse in Jurupa Valley, CA for a global cold-chain logistics provider.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am–2:30pm, with overtime as neededRequirements for Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator:• 12 months of recent stand-up reach forklift experience (high reach), including case picking• Forklift certification required• Pass Background check, and drug screen• Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs.• Must have steel toe shoes – other PPE provided on site• Prior experience in roles such as Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator, Reach Truck Driver, High-Reach Operator, Order Picker Operator, or Narrow Aisle Forklift Operator is a big plus!Benefits of the Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator:• Health and dental benefits available• CalSavers retirement program available• Earn referral bonusesResponsibilities of the Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator:• Operate stand-up high reach forklifts to pick and pull orders in a refrigerated/freezer warehouse• Perform case picking and move pallets throughout narrow aisles• Use RF scanner to locate and track products• Work in a cold environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas• OT may be required based on workloadAll candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invite to an AI-based interview.
