Responsibilities
- Package products securely and print shipping labels, packing slips, and related documents using label printers.
- Schedule pickups with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Track shipments and monitor delivery status.
- Resolve shipping issues including delays, damages, or lost packages.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory systems.
- Operate pallet jacks to move products within the shipping area.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using carrier platforms such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or DHL shipping portals.
- Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems.
- Experience generating bills of lading (BOL) or other freight documentation.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial shipping environment.
- Ability to read and verify packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping manifests.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently.

- Must communicate effectively in English.
