Connect Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Helper for a facility in Garden Grove, CA. This is a temporary position paying $18–$20/hr depending on experience. In this role, you will clean up work areas, repaint surfaces, and reorganize spaces as part of a series of facility improvement projects. The schedule is consistent Monday through Friday days.
Pay: $18–$20/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Clean up work areas throughout the facility between and after project phases.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces using rollers, brushes, or sprayers as directed.
- Reorganize storage areas, rooms, and common spaces to meet project specs.
- Move furniture, equipment, and materials to support ongoing project work.
- Dispose of debris and maintain a clean, safe work site throughout the day.
- Follow supervisor instructions on task priorities and project sequencing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience painting walls, trim, or other interior surfaces.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools used in facility maintenance or light construction.
- Experience working on short-term project-based assignments.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish (primary worksite language).
- Background in facilities, property maintenance, or light janitorial work.
- Previous experience in a maintenance, janitorial, construction, or general labor role.
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions in a project-based environment.
