MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE AS A MACHINE OPERATORConnect Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator to fill an opening at a pipe fabrication facility in Riverside, CA..Schedule:Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with required overtime on Friday and occasional Saturday OT.Requirements for Machine Operator:• Minimum 6 months of recent work history.• Pass a background check, and drug test.• Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs.• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a production environment.• Must have steel-toe shoes.• Must be comfortable with strong odor.• Prior experience in roles such as Machine Operator, Production Worker, CNC Operator, Fabrication Worker, Assembler, or Manufacturing Associate is a big plus!Benefits of the Machine Operator:• Health and dental benefits available• CalSavers retirement program available• Earn referral bonusesResponsibilities of the Machine Operator:• Check part quality using designated measurement instruments.• Operate production machinery and tools to support the manufacturing process.• Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot issues as needed.• Work in a large warehouse environment with multiple machine stations and strong paint-chemical odors.• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workstation.• Overtime may be required based on production needs.All candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invite to an AI-based interview.
