Connect Staffing is hiring an Administrative Clerk for Inventory Control at a warehouse facility in Buena Park, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $20/hr, Monday through Friday on a standard daytime schedule. In this role, you will track and update inventory records using Microsoft Excel and an ERP system, monitor stock levels, and support day-to-day warehouse administrative operations. This is a stable, consistent schedule with a clear Monday–Friday structure.

Responsibilities
- Track and update inventory records in Microsoft Excel and an internal ERP system to keep data accurate and current.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to warehouse leads or supervisors.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify inventory counts and resolve tracking issues.
- Provide clerical support including filing, email communication via Outlook, and generating inventory reports.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as directed by the department.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of experience in an administrative, inventory, data entry, or warehouse clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Experience navigating an ERP or inventory management system.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience tracking inventory or supporting warehouse operations in a clerical capacity.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Experience generating inventory reports and communicating discrepancies to supervisors or warehouse leads.
- Background in logistics, distribution, or supply chain support environments.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data accurately across multiple systems.
