Responsibilities
- Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Lead complex repairs
- Load bank testing
- Generator commissioning
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Mentor Generator Technicians I & II
- Read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Complete service documentation
- Work in shop and field environments
Qualifications
- 5 years commercial generator experience
- Expert troubleshooting skills
- Generator controls
- Diesel and natural gas engines
- Load bank testing
- AC/DC electrical systems
- Ability to mentor technicians
- Experience with Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, MTU, Detroit Diesel or similar equipment
