Connect Staffing is seeking a hardworking machine operator to fill an open position for a vinyl manufacturing company in Placentia, CA.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6:30 AM The company operates 7 days a week. Scheduled days can shift to Saturday or Sunday.
Requirements for the Machine Operator
- Minimum 6 months of general labor or compounding experience
- Must have a GED or a High School Diploma
- Must have steel-toe boots
- Must pass Background, Drug Screen, and E-Verify
- Must speak English or be Bilingual

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
- Carefully and efficiently pack finished vinyl products according to established quality standards and packaging specifications.
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment, such as sealing machines, taping machines, and labeling equipment, ensuring they function correctly and safely.
- Inspect finished goods for any defects or inconsistencies before packing, ensuring only high-quality products are shipped.
- Collaborate with other production team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Stack and arrange packed containers on pallets in a safe and organized manner, following established palletizing patterns.
