LAW FIRM EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
A prominent international law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in its Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for a sharp, organized professional with prior experience supporting senior executives or partner attorneys at major law firms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to firm leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and handle related logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, attorneys, clients, and professional staff, ensuring communication is timely and professional.
- Manage confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Assist with firm initiatives, special projects, event coordination, and internal reporting.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and executive-level reports.
- Manage expense reporting and assist with occasional personal projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years supporting senior executives or partners at a law firm.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); InterAction CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong judgment, ability to prioritize, and work independently.
