Connect staffing is hiring a maintenance technician for a drilling company to assist with troubleshooting production equipment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 pm-5:30 am
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of maintenance technician experience.
- Must be able to stand up to 12 hours
- Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
- Occasionally lift or move up to 100lbs
- Technical knowledge, diagnostic and repair abilities with precision elctro/mechanical manufacturing equipment including pneumatics, hydralics.
- Experience in Machine Tool Mechanic for CNC and Manual lathes and Mills machinery
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots problems to completion and repair on the following: Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems for CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Manual Mills, Manual Lathes, Mold Injection machines, Steam Boilers, Autoclaves, Spray Systems, Sandblasters, and various Forklifts up to 12,000# carrying capacity.
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment according to a Preventive Maintenance Schedule to ensure production schedules are met with properly functioning equipment.
- Keeps accurate records/logs of maintenance and other documents.
- Understands the proper use of power tools and pipe threading machines.
- Reads basic drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Properly uses and cares for equipment.
- Supports "team" concept of getting the job done.
- Performs other duties as directed or required.
