What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Picker position at Connect Staffing?
MINIMUM 12 MONTHS OF RECENT HIGH REACH AND WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Case Picker to fill an opening at a freezer warehouse in Jurupa Valley, CA. This facility stores pallets of food products in a cold storage environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, with Saturday OT as needed.
Requirements for Case Picker:
• 12 months of recent stand-up pallet jack and warehouse experience.
• Pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screen.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a freezer/cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must have steel toe shoes – other PPE provided on site.
• Prior experience in roles such as Case Picker, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, High Reach Operator, Order Selector, or Shipping &
Receiving Clerk is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Case Picker:
• Operate stand-up high reach forklifts to pick and pull orders in a refrigerated/freezer warehouse
• Perform case picking and move pallets throughout narrow aisles
• Use RF scanner to locate and track products
• Work in a cold environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas
• OT may be required based on workload
