Property Operations
- Assist with daily operations across the community
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Conduct regular property walks and unit inspections
- Support safety, security, and adherence to regulations
Resident Experience
- Build positive relationships with residents
- Support renewals, notices, and resident communication
- Enforce community policies and address concerns professionally
- Assist with legal notices and compliance processes
Leasing & Occupancy
- Support leasing activity to maintain occupancy goals
- Conduct tours, process applications, and assist with move‑ins
- Review market comps and provide input on pricing and specials
- Help ensure units are market‑ready and presented at a high standard
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
- Review invoices, coding, and vendor billing for accuracy
- Provide input on budgets, projections, and financial reporting
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting schedules
Maintenance Coordination
- Partner with maintenance teams to manage work orders and unit turns
- Monitor aging work orders and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate vendor activity and maintain strong working relationships
Team Collaboration
- Support on‑site staff with daily tasks and communication
- Participate in team meetings and performance discussions
- Help reinforce operational standards and company policies
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in property management or a related role
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations and regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CAM certification is a plus
