Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading Atlanta-based employer. This onsite role supports the administration and compliance of workplace drug and alcohol testing programs, including DOT-regulated and non-DOT programs. This is an on-site job in Atlanta with an hourly rate up to $32.50/hr based on experience. Responsibilities include:
- Support the administration of DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing programs, including pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing.
- Review, track, and audit drug and alcohol testing history checks for new hires and employees transferring into safety-sensitive positions.
- Ensure all required DOT and FAA documentation is completed and maintained in compliance with regulations.
- Respond to requests for testing records and ensure compliance with DOT requirements.
- Prepare and analyze reports, trends, audits, and other program-related data.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all testing activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support program operations and quality control.
- Assist with compliance audits, training initiatives, and process improvements.
- Support pre-employment testing and onboarding requirements for safety-sensitive employees.
- Utilize reporting tools and systems to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in compliance, HR operations, program administration, or a related area.
- Experience with workplace drug and alcohol testing programs, DOT compliance, or other regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent attention to detail.
