Packer (Production Worker)

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.

Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Laborcandidate for a racking and packing positionat a powder coating facility in the city of Santa Ana, CA.

Schedule:6 AM-2:30 PM Monday through Friday. Must be flexible for overtime.

Requirements Of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker)

• Minimum 6 months of recent general labor experience or equivalent.
• Able to safely lift up to 50lbs
• Pass E-verify
• Must speak Spanish or be Bilingual
• Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

Responsibilities Of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker)

• Mask metal parts according to specifications to prepare for the powder coating process.
• Lift and place parts on racks to be powder-coated
• Rack and unrack finished products for packaging and final inspection
• Safely operate power tools to attach small screws
• Pack finished products for shipment
• Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
• Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
