Corporate Paralegal- Commercial Real Estate

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join the in-house legal department of a large, well-respected corporate employer in Atlanta.

This is a hands-on role managing commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing. You’ll serve as a key point of contact throughout the transaction, working closely with attorneys, title companies, and internal business teams while managing approximately 25–30 active contracts.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage CRE transactions from contract through closing and post-closing

• Draft closing documents, amendments, easements, objection letters, and related documents using established templates

• Review title commitments, surveys, plats, leases, contracts, and other due diligence materials

• Abstract contracts and track critical dates, deadlines, and transaction requirements

• Coordinate directly with title companies to clear requirements and prepare for closings

• Maintain transaction files and closing binders

• Partner with Corporate Counsel and internal real estate, construction, engineering, environmental, and licensing teams

• Provide transaction updates and confidently communicate with stakeholders across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 4 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

• Hands-on experience with CRE transactions, closings, title review, and document drafting

• Strong organization and deadline-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple active transactions

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Degree from an accredited college or university required

• Paralegal certification and iManage experience are a plus
