The Vice President willposition KIRCO MANIX as a preferred partner for navigating high-risk, high-complexity constructionprograms.This leader owns the identification, cultivation, and conversion of major opportunities; shapes high-valuepursuit strategies; guides firm-wide go/no-go decisions; and ensures strong competitive positioning acrosstarget markets.The role works closely with senior leadership, including the EVP Corporate Real Estate, VPCorporate Real Estate, and Director of Marketing; Brand Strategy, to expand KIRCO MANIX’s nationalfootprint and generate durable, dependable annual backlog.
