What You’ll Do
As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the company—meeting customers on-site, understanding their needs, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive real business results. This is an outside sales position with most of your time focused on:
- Become an expert in our industry-leading products and solutions
- Prospect new business through cold calls, leads, and collaboration with sales team
- Conduct on-site consultations and product demonstrations to expand our business
- Collaborate with your local sales office for development and to exceed sales goals
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $55,000 (based on location)
- Performance Bonus Target: $24,000 annually (performance based), paid quarterly

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong work ethic and a passion for learning
- Flexibility and critical thinking skills to adapt to customer challenges
- Willingness to travel (60% ), including overnight
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Ability to lift and transport demo equipment (35–85 lbs.) into customer sites
