Although they have offices in the Midwest & Northeast, they would like this Associate to sit in the Houston or DFW office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pitch decks, investor materials, and structured reports for clients and management
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in Investment Banking
- Strong analytical/technical and qualitative abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
