Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

I am looking to hire a full-time FP&A Manager/Treasury Specialist for a reputable manufacturing company here in Franksville, WI (53126). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $110k - $125k Benefits

Bonus: 10%

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)

Remote: Yes, 2-days remote after training

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and prepare updated business forecasts on a regular basis
• Provide financial reports for internal and external stakeholders,
• Evaluate daily cash flows to manage revolving credit line
• Maintain relationships with business operating units
• Support issuance of bank guarantees / letters of credit for US and non-US entities.
• Manage online banking administration for global based accounts which includes user access, limits, and controls.
• Review financial performance with business leaders to understand variances to budgets and forecasts.
• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of relevant accounting, finance, treasury, and FP&A experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
