Pay Range: $80k - $120k bonus

Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for a Manufacturing company in Sheboygan.
Responsibilities
- Work with manufacturing departments to improve current production processes. Improvements would include, but not be limited to productivity improvements, set up time reductions, overall efficiencies improvements, and/or scrap reduction initiatives.
- Assist in providing technical support as it applies to changes to the production process.
- Work with subsidiary manufacturing departments as liaison to assist in the implementation of suggested improvement to the process and production procedures.
- Assist with the launches of new and/or different production projects.
- Specify new equipment and upgrade requirements alongside the maintenance team and third-party vendors.
- Assess the processability of new products through production scale trials.
- Commission new lines and equipment.
- Work with related departments to implement work instructions and routines.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve safety, reliability, and efficiency challenges facing production and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
- 3-5 years Process Engineering experience.
- Extrusions and plastics experience strongly preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
