I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) for a reputable manufacturing company here in Osseo, WI (54758). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away!
Pay: $90k - $115k Benefits

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)

Job Responsibilities:
- Build financial models, forecasts, and budgets that drive strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner, providing ad-hoc business-case analysis
- Prepare and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics
- Track key metrics and performance against budgets and forecasts to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support long-term planning and scenario analysis to guide growth strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- 2 years experience in FP&A, financial & variance analysis, financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills
